Mixtape review heads up

From Hand To Hand, the mixtape notes fall from ear to ear and spread the true spirit of Detroit hip hop to the world.

Overall Product Rating: 4.5 stars

Proof’s Hand To Hand mixtape is an ally of Detroit’s hottest talents. You will meet Proof, the entire IF team (Purple Gang, Woof Pac, Supa Emcee), the I-Mac group, Quest Mc Quody, Slum Village and many more good names from Detroit like Marv Won from Fat Killaz on the CD. . The mixtape’s assets are certainly enhanced productions: Sick Notes, BR Gunna, J Hill, Jay Dee, DJ House Shoes, Trick Trick, Swifty Mc Vay’s Fire Department all contributed to a high-quality production.

Hand To Hand will allow the listener to appreciate a wide range of diverse artistic talents.

IF Soldiers fully represents in Times Up: an incredible flow delivery, a killer spirit, racy and well thought out lyrics, drum beats combined with various instrumentals make this track particularly engaging. IF the soldiers are taking control: Purple Gang, Woof Pac, Supa Emcee and their CEO RIP Proof show some unity. Back is the meaning of raw: opponents better not mess with the IF team. The track is pure fire.

Don’t miss Supa Emcee’s Play With A Nut. Built on clapping, piano, violins and dark bass lines combined with the powerful lyrics of Supa Emcee, the track will offer the listener a real perspective on the Detroit neighborhood. Supa Emcee is a real busta. I highly recommend the song.

Woof Pac’s western-style song 1 + 8 N Us is based on a song of guitar notes and drum beats. I enjoyed the true OG dimension of the song presented by three ruthless players of the game.

Macks And Pumps is a beautiful Purple Gang Trick Trick collaboration. The song produced by Trick Trick takes you into a dark and menacing atmosphere. Little by little, you will feel the tension looming. Time for a heated speech and gun talk.

Bells, a dark bass line, violins, clapping, keyboard sounds mixed with the threatening voices of the artists will reinforce the defamatory intent of the track.

Coming Up With Lent has a bit of a Promatic spirit. Proof and Ameer’s fast-flowing delivery totally dovetails with bass sounds and silly rhythms. Enjoy that both players know how.

Don’t underestimate the talents of Swifty Mc Vay! The skilled emcee will lyrically crush you in no time with his team from the Department of Fyre. You will find Lawsuit’s song on the Swifty’s Forest Fyres mixtape, a very valuable solo work that I recommend to all who have not heard it yet.

Heart Of The Streets combines the pan flute and heartbeat alike drum beats. Feel the coldness of the streets, the pain of the many casualties of the street soldiers. A slug will destroy people’s lives.

Wot I Look Like fully describes hood fights. Violins, claps and rhythms totally intensify the harshness of the hood context that the Woof Pac team brings to you.

The Quest Mc Cody concert in Detroit City will hardly leave the listener indifferent. The track welcomes you to a rather euphoric vibe that is enhanced by harpsichord and keyboard sounds. The city of Detroit comes to shine completely. Let’s stand up and take part in the rhythmic and festive concert!

The DJ House Shoes produced by Remember When are definitely worth your attention. The swing track with Marv Won from Fat Killaz will take you back to the golden age of hip hop.

Wudd Up fits perfectly on the Hands Up mixtape. Originally from PG. The Mixtape 2006 will allow you to appreciate Purple Gang’s lyrical abilities and fluidity. Purple Gang has an obvious passion for rhymes that will shine through on the well-handled track.

The Beats, The Rhymes with Proof and Chino XL is a classic if you ask me. Thanks to Big Proof’s unconditional love for hip hop, the hip hop store days have been kept alive. Guitar notes combined with fast drum beats will suggest enthusiasm and great passion for non-commercial hip hop that is all about beats, rhymes, and the mic.

As artists spit on the hypocrisy of the rap game, they’ll completely convince you of their genuine love for a subtle art called hip hop.

How I Got Over illuminates the talents of local Detroit artist J Hill. The dark bass lines contrast with the soft female voice, while the sounds of the electric guitar will enhance J Hill’s confident vocals. I liked the opposition between light and dark, night and day, as suggested by the complexity of the instrumentals.

Russian roulette allows the listener to enter a dark and menacing atmosphere provided by the sounds of the electric guitar and keyboard. The song teaches you about the fragility of life. Well done Kuniva.

This That Heat is a beautiful collaboration between Supa Emcee / Konflikt. The sounds of the organs are mixed with rhythmic rhythms. Both artists are lyrically superb. I loved the track’s mix of scary / killer / gangsta atmosphere.

Royce da 5.9 and Proof worked on Girls With Da Boom Remix. I recommend the variation of the Girls With Da Boom theme that will allow you to discover another side of the track.

I really enjoyed Mr Hash’s song Talk Over. The theme of the song explains the mental state of a man who has always been determined to do what he does best: rap. It was finally worth it.

Anyone should follow the advice of Mr. Hash. Don’t listen to people who try to discourage you and convince you to leave your way. Do what you do best and, most importantly, go to the end.

Globally speaking, the Hand To Hand mixtape deserves your deepest attention. Not only does it feature valuable emcees from Proof’s IF label, but it will also allow connoisseurs and non-specialists to appreciate Detroit talents like I-Mac’s Mr Hash, Trick Trick, and the lesser known but no less valuable emcee. by Detroit J Hill.

The mixtape sums up the enthusiasm and passion of local Detroit artists for hip hop and their hometown, the city of Detroit.

Explosive, incisive, raw, rhythmic, lyrical – one can hardly remain indifferent in the face of so much raw energy and the many talents that REAL Detroit hip hop represents. Hand in hand is the diamond on earth. Copy it without hesitation.
