There are two kinds of Delta Ice Cream Cookies I know of, one is called Pure Clear and the other is called Rainbow. They both make an excellent substitute for traditional ice cream. If you love to eat ice cream but don’t like the artificial preservatives in it, you should give these a try. They really taste great and are healthier than your traditional ice cream. If you have kids, I would definitely recommend them.
The ingredients you will need are basically what you would find in a standard cookie cutter, vanilla and milk. Next, you will want to mix in the cookie dough. It is really not that difficult to make with the directions provided. Once you have blended all the ingredients together and the cookie dough has finished baking, you can remove the cookies from the oven and let cool on a wire cooling rack.
Once the cookie has cooled, you can preheat your oven for approximately 20 minutes. This allows the cookie to come to room temperature so they can be used right out of the oven. Now you are ready to start decorating. I prefer a royal blue and pink combination. A royal blue and pink combination is really quite dramatic. Something that lots of parents and kids will enjoy.
