It’s also important to get a training partner to not only detect you in certain exercises, but also to keep you motivated. Keep a journal to document your progress.

3. Rest well – Most people don’t realize that true muscle development occurs when you’re out of the gym. Muscle fibers get bigger after being stimulated in the gym. Some people think that they can improve quickly if they exercise harder and for longer. That is working hard, not smart. You want to exercise enough and then go home and rest so that your muscles can rebuild and enlarge.

By following these tips, you are well on your way to making a profit quickly. The most important thing is to act. You can read tips and advice, but the true measure of success is getting results that can’t happen until you take the first step.
